About Us
Our 10+ years in the accommodation industry started by operating our own motel business opening a new motel from start-up in Christchurch and building a very successful business which prided itself and was recognised for excellence in customer service and high quality standards.
After the sale of this business we managed other motels and a small motor camp on short term contracts. We then decide to see some of the North Island so took a longer contract in the beautiful Far North, initially for 12 months then this was extended for a further 4 years.
In 2016 we decided to return to shorter term contracts and from November 2016 we have been open for bookings principally in the North Island. This work has taken off and we are busy minding in motels from Kaitaia to south Auckland.
We are open to opportunities in other parts of New Zealand for periods that would make the travel cost effective.

Our experience is in both large and smaller properties and can be referenced from motels in Christchurch, Auckland, Whangarei Paihia, Far North and surrounding areas and from our recent longer term assignment a 5 year management term in a 15 unit complex with pool in the beautiful Far North.
